Most "AI features" in a CMS are a single button bolted onto one screen — generate a description here, suggest a title there. CreatesOnline's AI Copilot is built the other way around: one assistant, available on every admin page, with tools over the whole content and commerce graph.
What it can actually do today
SEO audits, alt-text generation for images, structured-data (JSON-LD) drafts, and metadata suggestions — plus read and write tools over CMS content, and read-only tools over the ERP graph (customers, vendors, products, sales orders, invoices, purchase orders, stock on hand and low-stock alerts).
Anthropic-first, with a fallback
The Copilot prefers Anthropic's Claude when a key is present, with prompt caching on the system prompt to keep repeated calls cheap, and automatically omits sampling parameters models don't accept. OpenAI remains a fallback provider for installs that only configure that key.
Why tools over a chat window
A chat window that can only talk is a novelty. Tools that can actually read your content types and ERP data — and, increasingly, write to them — are what turn "AI in the admin" into something that saves real time.
